Scott (not Mike)came and did our estimate at first. He was so friendly and made sure to pay special attention to the features of our home when helping us select a product.
Randoll Santana and crew went above my expectations today when they installed gorgeous new windows in our nearly century old home’s upstairs.
Super friendly, explained the irregularities with the old windows that slowed them down, and made sure to treat our home like it was his own.
He checked in with me every so often to show me the progress and make sure I was happy with the installation. He was sure to show me all the features before leaving and the crew cleaned up so well and so fast it was like they weren’t even here, just lovely new windows left behind!
We will be requesting him and his crew when we have to main floor windows replaced!
Great experience and would highly recommend to anyone making the investment in their home!

Very pleased with the service of Window World. We had five windows replaced in our home, way earlier than promised. The crew was one of the most professional, efficient groups I have ever had the pleasure of working in my home. They were very proud and humble for the gift of working for Window World. They explained how Window World gave them the opportunity to work and grow when they were down . I can understand Window World taking them in with the strong work ethic that was shown on my project. I highly recommend the Fairmont office for any work that you would need for your home.
